The definition of fixed platforms rational number for offshore oil fiеlds development

The engineering of cluster drilling of one hypothetic offshore oil field is reviewed in the article. On the basis of this field development project it is required to drill 91 wells. According to the accepted coordinate system on the structural map, all wells borehole bottoms have been measured and the well bore profile parameters such as vertical depths of borehole bottoms, their vertical deviation and etc. have been defined. On the basis of these parameters all wells boreholes summarized lengths and their construction costs have been calculated. The rational coordinates of fixed platforms, summarized squares of work platforms and costs for their construction in the offshore have also been calculated. On the basis of obtained data, summarized costs for all wells cluster drilling and also the costs for hydraulic structures construction have been defined. Among all 8 accepted variants only the second one is considered the most efficient, since it requires minimum investment.
