The definition method of drillbit washing system construction parameters

The model of drilling mud interaction flowing out from the flushing nozzle with the well bottom hole for the different cutting structure fulfillment forms is developed. The mathematical support of reviewed models and cutting structure conducting have been developed and solved. According to the solution results, the expression for dillbit washing system constructive and assemblage parameters, also the directions and height of the installation, nozzles diametric dimensions has been obtained. It was established that for effective cleaning the optimum interval of nozzles placement seems between 15o a 45o.
