Development of the conditions of full CO2 absorption from Azerbaijan gas processing plant raw materials

The influence of different hydraulic factors on capacity of valve collar installed in gas-absorption tower has been studied. Value of valve collars resistance to gas flow and velocities of the gas in the valve collar providing its capacity has been defined. The conditions of the liquid collapse absence carry-over and minimum of the gas linear velocity in hole of the valve collar have been specified. Permissible height of spume layer, values of liquid level gradient and condition of valve collar priming absence have been clarified.
