Combining of professions as one of the important factors of labor capacity increasing in oil-gas production

The issue of labor capacity improving in West Kazakhstan oil-gas production companies becomes of current interest since the fields are too old and the oil production in them is complicated. For this reason the execution of set goal has to be provided not only due to oil production capacity rate growth, effective usage of main stocks, but also via labor charges decrease. The combining of professions is profitable either for the employee, or for the Oil and Gas Production Board (OGPB). For the employee it is an additional income, and for OGPB labor resourced deficiency decrease, staff turnover reduction, labor discipline consolidation.
