Recently, the steady tendency is observed towards production and transportation capacity increase of so-called abnormal oils with high paraffin content, which have high pour points and correspondingly, abnormal rheological properties. In order to solve the issue of high viscosity and high paraffin oils transition capacity increase, the developing of new and optimization of applied transportation technologies with consideration of rheological properties and oil pipelines exploitation characteristics is necessary. In connection with issue actuality the results of oil viscosity changing via cavitation application studying results are of high interest. It is shown, that cavitation zones improve the Azerbaijan oil rheological properties. It was established, that viscosity irreversible changing, the saturated steam pressure, iodine number, occurs the fraction content and oil density after passing cavitation zone for a time. On the basis of cavitation processes the possibility of determining the oil physical-chemical properties regulation general logics, using the high paraffin oils in the pipeline transport technology via improving transported oil rheological properties is revealed.
