One of the most potential, economical and efficient methods to develop residue oil reserves is the method of recovery the inactive well stock part via side hole drilling. In determining the wells to recovery, detailed geological and economic appraisal of these works based on size of technically recoverable reserves and ultimate flush production rate must be carried out. At present time, the construction directed side holes are on the stage of refinement and attracts increased attention due to potential increase of exploited layers recovery, as well as the possibility of drilling-in in a lower costs as compared with the drilling of new wells. Therefore in extraction of low seams and new oil deposits discovering, removed on the level from the wellhead, the side holes drilling method becomes more actual and makes possible the development of small deposits economically effective.
