The results of applying of nanosystems for elimination of scaling in the oil fields reservoir
E.G. HajiyevThe article deals with the reasons and provides the method to struggle scaling on oil reservoirs applying nanosystem reagent. To solve this problem the results of the most recent investigations on crystal formation mechanisms and composition during scaling process are being used. Accurate information on structure of scaling, the physical structure, its amount and type of development creates preconditions for the working-out of rational measures to prevent complications. According to the results of studies carried out in the laboratory conditions is obtained the nanosystem, field tests of which were conducted in Bibiheybat, Siyazanneft Oil and Gas Production Boards and Surakhany Oil Operation Company. The results showed successful prevention of scaling and significant reduction of pressure in the pipeline reservoir together with the scaling elimination. In addition to the effects from nanosystem applying was marked its anticorrosion action.
