The corrosion protection of formation pressure keeping pipe systems
F.G. SeyfiyevConducting of measures against corrosion-mechanical wear of equipment in deep-pump wells becomes more and more significant in oil fields on the further stages of development. Taking into account topicality of current issue, on the basis of fatty and naphthenic acids, which are the local raw, has been obtained a new multi-functional corrosion inhibitor (MCI) significantly slowing the corrosion rate, reforming the metal surface from hydrophilic into hydrophobic state, also due to its lubricating properties decreasing the erosion damages among friction parts. The corrosion inhibitor field tests have been carried out in two deep-pump wells (No 1523, 1196) in Oil and Gas Production Board named after H.Z. Taghiyev during 6 moths. The results show that application of above-mentioned inhibitor provides the increasing of equipment useful life in corrosion-mechanic wear wells.
