On supposed non-anticlinal traps on Lokbatan, Puta-Gushkhana, Korgoz-Giziltepe squares

IbrahimlyOn the basis of complex analysis of recently conducted geological-geophysical studies on Lokbatan, Puta-Gushkhana, Korgoz-Giziltepe, also on neighbor located squares on south and south-west parts of West Absheron, geological structure, lithofacial content and hydrocarbon potential of Low-Miocene and Miocene sediments have been studied. On purpose of studying of geological structure of investigated squares the paleo-seismo-geological profiles have been made. The seismo-stratigraphic investigations of temporal sections of seismic profiles also have been carried out, in the results of which seismic sedimentation complexes by different geological periods have been marked and tracked. Besides, the locations of seismic horizons pinch in Miocene sediments are revealed and the geological terms of supposed non-anticlinal traps formation here, located in direction Guzdak trough to Lokbatan, Puta-Gushkhana, Korgoz-Giziltepe upheavals have been specified.
