S.B. Loghmanova

The article deals with the results of raffinates of selective treatment oils on Russian-made catalysts. The raffinate of M-8 oil with viscosity index 79.9 dewaxed in the presence of a catalyst SGK-1, as a result M-8 and M-10 base oils were obtained. First raffinate oil M-8 with viscosity index 79.9 was subjected to hydroisomerization in a light regime in the presence of a catalyst АP-64 and then to hydrodeparaffinization in the presence of a catalyst KDM-2. The result is a type of oil M-8 with viscosity index 92 and distillate yield of 68.9 %. For obtaining oil with high viscosity index from petroleum oil fractions Chirag dewaxed raffinate was underwent hydrotreating catalyst in the presence of GМ-85 in a harder mode. The oil with 100 viscosity index and freezing point 10 C. Two methods of obtaining base oil from Azeri petroleum and Shahdeniz condensate oily fractions, also terms of deep and partial deparaffinization and further hydroconversion have been developed. Consistent hydroconversion was carried out: hydroforming (GМ-85) ! hydroisomerization (АP-64) + hydrocatalytic dewaxing (KDМ-2) in the presence of industrial catalysts. The oil has a low volatility (8-9 %). According to UV spectroscopy in the base oil contained 10.7 % aromatic hydrocarbons, the oil corresponds norms of group II according to API.
