Technical and economical analysis of cooking gasoline using options in production of gasoline

KhudievaIncreasing depth of the oil refining is provided via introduction of refineries with destructive processes of recycling such as cooking, thermal cracking and etc. Along with the target products poor quality by-products are also produced in these processes, and their salvaging becomes a problem with production capacity growth. At the same time, expanding car park brings an increase in a domestic gasoline needs. That is why stabilization of cooking gasoline with its subsequent direction in production of commodity motor fuel will become a comprehensive solution of above-mentioned problems. The article considers the variants of processing cooking gasoline in order to improve its quality indexes, and provides a comparative technical and economic evaluation of developed options identified the most effective of them: cooking gasoline hydrating option, followed by processing it on catalytic reformer.
