Classification of harmful discharges obtained in oil-gas production in case of Absheron fields
Kh.Kh. KhalilovaThe main reasons of environment pollution during oil and gas production activities are considered. It has been established that ecosystems pollution during oil-gas operations is caused by natural and antropogenic sources. The rocks of the well section, crude oil, gas and produced water belong to natural sources of ecosystem pollution. The main constituent of natural pollution are: hydrocarbons, heavy metals, radioactive elements, S, N2, CO2, H2S, phenols and halogens, etc. Drilling mud and various chemical substances for its preparation, drilling cuttings and drilling waste waters are identified antropogenic pollution sources. The environmental studies carried out on the territory of oil fields have confirmed increased levels of hydrocarbons, heavy metals, phenols, surface active agents, CO2, H2S, CO and radioactive compounds in soil, water and air simples. Overall, te potential sources of ecosystem pollution are classified as following: natural, natural-antropogenic and antropogenic. The scheme of pollutant sources is provided.
