With the aim of simplification and increase of quality of oil separation from production water, a technological scheme of pipe and oil-water-gas-sand separator has been developed. It does not require additional service, communications, heat supply and can be made via forces of oil production enterprise from the standard pipes, manufactured by the industry. The separator includes beans for well production input and output of oil, water, gas and sand separately. Separated oil and production water accumulate in appropriate reservoirs, and gas moves to gas separator and further for corresponding needs. The pipe water separators allow to release more than 90 % of associated produced water entered to the device and to provide its sufficiently high quality on residual oil quantity and weighed particles. On the sand output of pipe separator are provided containers for sand traps, where the sand remains in containers, and the water flows into the drainage reservoir. Accumulated in drainage reservoir liquid is pumped out to the pipe separator input.
