At the moment, despite the big complex of indexes, basic geological risks are connected with the absence of stable criteria in oil and gas bearing content prediction. On example of Tarsdallar field and Koyruk-Keylan square the possibilities of thermometric method application in oil and gas bearing content definition in large depths are shown. In order to define the depth of high temperature area location, the map-sections for 3000, 4000, 5000 and 6000 m have been composed, where positive heat anomalies, coincided to Eocene, Upper and Lower Cretaceous have been highlighted. According to contrast of heat anomalies the coincidence of them to separate sediment complexes have been defined. To determine the depths of oil and gas bearing object location in the contrast interval is offered to use the direct method of searching. It also allows clarifying well design depth.
