Directions and necessity of programming in the energy sector
M.A. MammadovIn the article the current state of fuel and energy complex of the Republic on the basis of State Program for its development is researched. It was established that during the development of the Program some aspects had not been considered. The possibilities of their liquidation are shown. Positive impact of Program execution for fuel-energy complex development on the countrys economy and its different spheres has been marked, the necessity of special methodological approach application in Program development shown.
