Ecologically wasteless process of preparation of natural gas for far-off transportation in gas producing objects
F.A. DashdemirovA combined system of gas preparation for distant transportation has been developed and offered. The gas preparation process is carried out with utilizing of adsorption plant usable after low-temperature separators with rectification column for regeneration of water-methanol solutions. Introduction of such method preparation in gas producing objects will allow to obtain entirely not only some methanol utilized during gas preparation process, but also to extract valuable hydrocarbons, which remain in gas after separators. For adsorption process of gas dry out, catch fumes of methanol and extracting some hydrocarbons out of gas, it is recommended to use zeolite NaA in the top parts of absorber (about 30-35 % on height), and the rest silica gel.
