The inhibitor composition for corrosion prevention and hydrogen adsorption by steel, consisting of evaporated waste of alkylarilsulfonates (EWA) production and di-(B-oxyethylaminomethyl) alkylpfenol, synthesized by us via aminometilation of industrial alkylphenol with diethynolamine and formaline, was developed and studied. The inhibited compositions were obtained by simple mixing in different ratio of EWA and di-(B-oxyethylaminomethyl) alkylpfenol. The protective properties from corrosion and hydrogen embrittlement of the developed compositions were defined in static and dinamic conditions in corrosion agressive medium, saturated by hydrogen sulfide. It was established that optimal ratio of ingredients of the inhibited composition, in which the best effect of protection from corrosion and hydrogen embrittlement is achieved. It was shown that the given inhibited composition can be applied as inhibitor of corrosion and hydrogen embrittlement of steel in hidrogen sulfide medium.
