The role of personnel management service in resolution of conflict situations
Jh.K. JakupovaFrequently occurred conflict situations at workplace are described, the role of personnel management service in their disposal highlighted. The main reasons and types of conflict are pointed out, its definition is provided. The common recommendations on conflict management are suggested, certain rules and methods of their solution shown as well. It was established that the most effective way of conflict solution in an organization is the elimination of contradictions (lied in the basis of last one) among the persons. The necessity of high qualification of personnel management service specialists is proved and increasing role of this service in provision of organizations production activity is shown.
