The influence of bounder layer thickness of heat and mass transfer on the process of hydrocarbon oxidative dehydration on oxide catalyst grains is investigated. The technique of estimation of resistance shown by diffusion layers on heat and mass transfer is suggested. The dependences of radial profiles of partial pressures and temperature on time of contact on oxide catalyst grain in the process of oxidative dehydration of methylcyclopentane into cyclone (methylcyclopentane and methylcycopentadien) are built. The dependences of profiles of diffusion boundary layers changing on contact time on oxide catalyst grain in the process of oxidative dehydration of methylcyclopentane are built. The conducted researches on oxide catalyst grain of the process of oxidative dehydration of methylcyclopentane allows to assess the interaction of thickness of diffusion boundary layers on the properties of chemical reaction in the system that is extremely important for the intensification of developed processes.
