In the drilling of oil and gas wells for prevention of complications it is necessary to keep balance pressure in well-layer conditions. The breaking of the specified balance occurs for the technique-technological reasons or due to natural character. As a result in circulation of drilling mud its volume increases or in the absence of washing in hole annulus, the movement of drilling mud is observed, which is the first sign of complication in the well. In supervision of complications the back-pressure valve is installed under the square, the wellhead closed with preventer, and the overpressure in hole annulus (in working line of the preventer) marked. After degassing starts the weighting of drilling mud, its density is marked. The weighted mud is injected into the well, forming, thereby, overpressure in the throttle, that is equal to the initial pressure in hole annulus. While raising of weighted drilling mud in the hole annulus and defining its height in every 1015 minutes, it is necessary to reduce the overpressure in the throttle. This process lasts until the balance in the well is achieved. Via this method on Garadagh, Naftalan, Lokbatan, Galmas and Puta squares have been eliminated the complications in the well at the depth of 24003200 m.
