Calculation method of durability of underwater pipelines merged in large depths

While laying the pipeline on large depths, the significant displacements occur. That is why in definition of tension-deformation status of the pipeline, it is necessary to consider the geometric nonlinearity. The equilibrium equation in Lagrange and Euler variables have been obtained and their equivalence proved. The geometric correlations while considering the geometric nonlinearity have been specified.
