The purpose, main and operational advantages of robust management (RM) stations based on frequency converters with application of new technologies for analysis of noisy signals for wells operated by sucker rod pumps are considered. The peculiarities of building the remote control, diagnostics and robust management complex based on RM stations of sucker rod pump units (SRPU) are shown. The results of introduction and operation of the control, diagnostics and management complex based on RM stations of SRPU on 35 wells of Bibiheybat Oil OGDB are provided. The practical evidence of the increased cost-effectiveness of oil extraction due to timely detection of equipment faults and operational control of deep-well pump operation mode to maintain the dynamic fluid level in the well are also shown.
