The Caspian Sea is a unique inland closed sea, which has no connection with World Ocean. The monitoring of ecological problems of the Caspian Sea showed that the main contribution in the Caspian Sea contamination is being made by the industrial objects situated in the territory of Pre-Caspian states. The activity of oil companies running the exploration and development of oil and gas fields, as well as contamination material (supply by rivers) significantly impact the ecology and lead to the break of ecological balance of the Caspian Sea. The increase of contamination in the Caspian Sea may cause total deterioration of flora and fauna. It was noted that the contamination of the Caspian Sea is an issue of al Pre-Caspian states. In order to improve ecological environment, it is necessary to limit the wastes of harmful materials into the sea and act in accordance with the law on The Protection of Environment, as well as to use the world experience in this field.
