Successful implementation of thermal influence on layers requires systematic human control over development processes. Definite complications in obtaining of data on processes occurring in the formation in the process of their development may negatively influence the achievement of project oil recovery factors. The control method of thermal ways of increasing of project oil recovery factors means the development of distribution map of current temperature values by the layer, which requires significant amount of time on experience. In the oil extracted from the water of a number of deposits of Azerbaijan, where thermal methods applied, we observed changes in chemical composition of water, depending on the type of impact used. The suggested technique is based on studying of nature of changing hydro-chemical indexes of oil waters in the process of this or another method of thermal increase of oil recovery and is built on the fact that the changing of mineralization of produced waters takes place in anticipating way compared to the rate of distribution of heat by the square. In the process of thermal influence, characteristic features of changing of chemical content of waters is detected and it serves as an argument for introducing of hydro-chemical data analysis into the complex of researches carried out in the process of thermal influence on the layer.
