Degradation of oils from Absheron fields in soil and on surface of reservoirs

The degradation of oils from 3 fields of Absheron in environment has been studied via the methods of absorption spectroscopy and luminescence. The content and properties of oils after development and long-term lying on the surface of the water and in soil on coastal reservoir have been compared. It was shown that under the impact of natural factors on the surface layer of soil and water, the content of resin and asphaltene in the composition of degraded oil increases.
