The issues of extraction of hydrogen-disulfide from the hydrogen-bearing gas circulating within diesel fuel hydro-treating unit, as well as from dry gas, produced on the catalyst cracker, have been considered. The availability of hydrogen-disulfide in the composition of above-mentioned gases, causes corrosion of equipment and pipelines on the one hand, and leads to environment pollution and catalyst poisoning on the other hand. To remove hydrogen-disulphide from the hydrogen-bearing and dry gases, we propose an absorption treatment method using 15 % aquenous monoethanolamine solution as an absorbent.
