The improvement of interrelation forms of science and production in Republic of Kazakhstan

The economic mechanism of temporary groups functioning (temporary creative groups) as a part of branch institutes has been studied. Transition of Republic of Kazakhstan to the market relations, radical reorganization of national economy and transition of the enterprises to new conditions of management, expansion of their rights, toughing of requirements to production quality of the enterprises for increasing of competitiveness not only in external, but also in the markets within the country, strengthening of governing bodies role in ensuring technical progress of the enterprises, located in the territory of the Republic, set task of mechanisms providing most favorable conditions of connection of science and technology achievements with the sphere of production.
