While well operation together with the fluid, produced during development of productive horizons consisting from poor cemented terrigenous rocks, sandstone grains in a great amount rise to the bottom-hole zone. It is explained with the friction force, formed in high pressure gradients, in the result of which sandstones separate from the main mass and rise with the fluid filtration into the well. As a result of conducted scientific-research work, a new nanosystem, which forms a layer that can enhance and has porosity and permeability, high steadiness against curvature and squeezing, enables to conduct drilling without re-perforation, has been developed. The characteristic feature of the process lies in that gas produced in the result of exothermic reaction leaves small channels in the fluid, which, in their turn, create porous and conductive media, and the well is operated without perforation.
