The research of improvement possibilities of sucker-rod pumps operation efficiency on the basis of field data

The article deals with the issues of increasing of sucker-rod pumps delivery rates in long-term developed fields. Via system analysis of actual field data and relevant calculations, technical parameters of extraction that most influence pumps delivery rates have been defined and their affect estimated in quantity as well. For this purpose the dependence of pumps delivery rates on diameter, length of passage and quantity of plunger pumps and also depth of pump handling in and filter thickness have been considered. The results of conducted researches revealed the possibilities of more efficient usage of well stock and production increase in whole from considered field via enhancement of sucker-rod pump delivery rates. Simplicity, visibility and reliability of results of described method suppose its applying in solution of analogical issues without conducting additional field actions.
