The reasons of early deterioration of downhole equipment and tubing in gas-condensate wells were analyzed. The types, models of underground and ground equipment, depth of intensive erosion locations in tubing, chemical content of produced gas, condensate, water and fluid, quantity of components causing erosion were studied and defined. It was established that one of the factors stipulating oil production reduction is erosion and corrosion, leading to production casing, tubing and ground equipment deterioration. In operation of gas, gas-condensate wells cavitation influence on tubing erosion was analyzed for the first time via mathematical equations of calculation of cavitation rate. It is shown that for creation of cavitation the characteristics and quantity of gases in fluid have a great importance.
