The process of catalytic oligoalkyllation of the organic part of the oil saturated leased by extraction method

The article presents the results of quality research of organic part of the soil extracted from Kirmaki oil-saturated land. Therefore, oil fraction (350500 oС) before and after selective treatment was subjected to catalytic processing a-olefins (C8 C10) in the presence of AlCl3. The process of oligoalkylation was conducted in two stages. After the first step the viscosity index increased from 27 to 56, and after the second to 89. Lube yield after stage I and II was 98.3 70.0%, respectively. The viscosity index of oil fraction obtained after the catalytic treatment of the raffinate selective treatment a-olefins increased to 102. The structural group parameters of the oil-saturated organic land before and after alkylation were studied. It is shown that after alkylation a number of naphthene-paraffinic hydrocarbon oil fraction increased ~ 6 times.
