A new multi-functional inhibitor based nanosystem for preventing formation of salt deposits in oil-water flow in oil production, has been developed and tested in field conditions. The impact of alkane, sulphonol reagents and formed from them compositions, as well as the influence of nanosystem on salt deposits, has been defined. It was established, that nanosystems formed on the basis of surface-active substances and nanoparticles with a higher degree of activity are more effective against agglomeration of salts in the content of production water, as well as they extend the induction period of salt deposits and the effect of protection layer on the surface of equipment. The tests conducted in well No 2946 in Bibi-Heybat Oil and Gas Development Board showed that the multi-functional nanosystem reagent efficiently protects the equipment from salt deposition and improves physical-chemical properties of oil.
