The analysis of technological processes of internal combustion engines production used in drilling and operation
Ch.M. AliyevThe features of diesel engines operated in oil production are considered. It was defined that their major disadvantages are high vibration and cavitation in cylinder-piston pair. The basic technical requirements for cylinder sleeves, melting technology and production of cast-iron sleeves, their composition, structure and properties are presented. It is recommended to develop a sleeve production technology in Azerbaijan on the basis of current up-to-date technologies.
