Some issues of technological modernization of SOCAR oil-refining complex

KhidirovThe recommendations given by national leader Heydar Aliyev in the meeting with oil refiners on the eve of Contract of the Century signing on September 17, 1994 in oil refining plant Azerneftyanajagh were considered as a program for further development of oil refining complex of Republic. In this connection the questions of influence of construction of new and modernization of existing technological structures, as well as a number of other measures on their technical-economical indexes and oil refining complex on the whole for last twenty years have been considered.
