The adaptation of the personnel at work place in oil-gas enterprise

The companies of oil sphere are interested in rising of competitiveness of their products, which requires either high efficient technologies and techniques, or more capable staff. The highest level of social adaptation is professional adaptation. The youth is one of the major components of labor productivity in the enterprise of oil-gas complex. The important elements of adaptation are installation, familiarity with the team, work place, and meeting with supervisor. Due to the learning process and personnel development, productivity and effectiveness of oil-gas company functioning increase.
