The research of oil-gas field prospects developed in “Muradkhanly” Enlarged Oil Field

IsmailovaThe wells have been drilled and put into exploitation only on 8 (Muradkhanly, Jafarli (Zardab), Ters-Deller, Naftalan, Gazanbulag, Terter, Ajydere) from 52 local structures and areas included in Muradkhanly Enlarged Oil Field (EOF). The brief information on development of these fields is provided. At the moment Muradkhanly, Jafarli, Tersdeller, Naftalan (treatment) and Zardab fields are being developed. As a result of conducted geological-geophysical researches and drilling data it was established that according to the features of Muradkhanly fields geological structure and character of oil objects distribution, oil-gas prospects are associated with its south-west part. The obtaining of industrial flows in carbonate and effusive reservoirs of Upper Cretaceous and Middle Eocene in located in neighborhood Zardab area also proves that these rocks on south wing of Muradkhanly structure may be prospective. For increasing of conducted search-exploration drilling efficiency it is recommended, first of all, to carry out research works via 3D method of seismic exploration.
