Improvement of petroleum supply chain management
M.B. MammadovaRecently less and less enterprises can be satisfied with all benefits from effective management of supply chain. One of affecting factors is the complicity of measurement methodology of supply chain indicators. This is particularly evident in oil industry due to the significant differences in supply chain characteristics. In connection with this, a method for estimation and efficiency management of supply chain of oil industry on the basis of balanced indicators system is proposed.
