The development and accelerated implementation of technological and organizational innovations complex are defined as strategic goal in Kazakhstan progress. This circumstance is conditioned with the fact that in the close future all countries in the world will be distinguished only by innovation development level and Kazakhstan surely must show activity in upcoming global competition. In connection with this, Kazakhstan looks toward further economic progress - from resource-intensive to the economy based on innovative products and processes.
