New modification of multifunctional alkylphenol additive
E.A. NaghiyevaThe results of synthesis and research of a new multifunctional modification of AKI-113A alkylphenol additive are provided. This additive is a calcium salt of condensation product of alkylphenol and alkylsalicylate acid mixture with phormaldehyde and benzylamine. Exploitation properties of AKI-113A have been investigated in M-8 oil via standard methods. The results of laboratory research justified that joint of nitrogen atom with carboxylic group of molecule in additive improves its exploitation properties. AKI-113A additive is better than ACK for its antioxidative, anticorrosion and detergent properties. AKI-113A additive has also been research in the composition of M-10G2motor oil. The results of research showed that the oil is on the level of foreign oils of this series.
