The dependences of toxic metal ions activity on the ionic strength of the solution were considered. The graph dependence of activity coefficient on the ionic strength of the water solution of iron ions with different charges was plotted. The entropy of ions and molecules in the water reservoir, in particular, of Na+, Fe+2, Fe+3, Cd+2, Zn+2, Ca+2, Mg+2, Pb+2, Hg+2 cations and of Cl, Br,J, SO-24 anions were calculated. The degree of interaction between ions and water molecules in the hydration process in production waters was estimated according to the theory of electrolytes water solutions. For multi-charged Co+2, Pb+2, Cd+2, Hg+2 ions the positive hydration was detected and negative hydration for K+, Na+, Cs+, Cl.
