The article provides the results of definition of optimum catalyst treatment processing of hydrocarbons on the example of n-butane (n-C4H10) oxidative dehydration. The issue of specification of profile theoretical optimum temperature in dehydration process based on maximum principle considering the maximum output of expected product was solved. Considering the test data, a mathematical model of kinetic process of n-C4H10 divinyl oxidative dehydration was developed. The results justify that the changes in initial partial pressure of n-C4H10within 3-6 kPa increase the output of divinyl from 22.4 to 26 %. The solution of issue on optimum temperature profile allowed revealing optimum zones of process regime parameters.
