Fundamentals and main principles of steady development in oil-gas complex
G.A. SafarovThe issue of steadiness is an object of scientific researches since the beginning of XX century. A great amount of scientific investigations, papers and publications were dedicated to this subject. The conception of steady development appeared for the first time in the Report of International Union of Conservation of Nature (IUCN) in 1902. This organization defined the steadiness as integration approach to maintaining and preservation of ecosystem and sensible usage of resources. The idea of shifting to steadiness principles appeared gradually, first from social consciousness in whole during wide-scale development of oil-gas territories.
