Ensuring quality of the plastic details production depending on the condition of press material
D.A. KerimovThe quality of manufacturing plastic details of oilfield equipment is considered. The changes in technological parameters (temperature of pressing, pressure of pressing and time delay in the press-mold) to determine optimum conditions depending on the specific brand plastic details in the form of thimble, disk and lid employed in oilfield equipment have been studied in wide scale. It was defined that the group of thermo reactive plastics of mark (03-010-02, Э2-330-02, ВХ1-090-34, Сп3-342-02, AГ-4С, У2, ВЛ-2) may be used in the construction of details of oilfield equipment operating under difficult atmospheric conditions.
