The influence of drilling well profile on solution of theoretical tasks upon oil fields development
S.D. MustafayevThe article shows that productive oil layers with high thickness are operated via hydrodynamically incompleted wells by opening degree, which are always flat-bottomed, as they are generally drilled with cone bits. Such wells significantly complicate the derivation of flow rate formula for hydrodynamic tasks solution. It is necessary to change the geometric shape of bottom in already drilled wells. i.e. to give them a concave hemispherical form. To achieve this we recommend a new design of two-bladed bit, which has the character of multi-stage and thereby while drilling penetration increases noticeably.
