Application of HSE Management in Petroleum Project Management in Azerbaijan (Part I)

In view of the close economic cooperation between China and Azerbaijan, more and more Chinese oil engineering projects under construction in Azerbaijan. Petroleum engineering project is characterized by a largescale of production, investment and sophisticated risk management performance. To ensure the smooth implementation of oil projects in Azerbaijan, a system management School of Economics (HSE), which is widespread in the international oil and petrochemical industries is necessary.
