The technology providing management of cement slurry and stone properties

AshurovaThe article deals with the impact possibilities of chemical reagents developed on the basis of local industrial wastes of our Republic in order to manage the structural-mechanical, colloid-chemical properties of cement slurry and stones. The complications of geological-technical conditions of well conductivity, as well as improvement of drilling techniques and technologies and fixing increase the requirements for the plugging materials and based on them reagents. This causes necessity in purposeful changing of cement slurries properties by means of their processing with chemical agents. In qualitative change of one of the parameters of plugging agents the other parameter also changes and in some cases to the unwanted direction. As a rule, the agents and materials injected in plugging systems have a complex impact and change several parameters at the same time. Some agents in one condition change the plugging system parameters in one direction, and in other conditions the influence of the same agents may be opposite. Besides, the same agent in various dosages may cause opposite impact. For the regulation of cement slurry and stone properties the agents based on economically profitable local industrial wastes were used. The new agents were compared with well-known analogues.
