The solution of this problem could be solved based on local raw materials, especially synthesis and research of new multifunctional compositions which can be easily found as industrial fractions of hydrocarbon type raw material. This paper is dedicated to synthesis of multifunctional chemical substances from local raw materials. For this purpose, the sulfur, amide and amino groups containing surface active agents were synthesized and they were investigated separately and with different mole ratio. The compounds prepared with different compositions were conditionally labelled like E1, E2...E6. The bactericide effects of these compositions were investigated on sulphanate reducing bacteria (SRB) collected from SOCAR Gunashli oil field. During the researches, it was determined that the bactericide effects of the compositions on SRB are higher than the individual sulphur, amide and amine containing surface active agents. Thus, even at low concentrations ( 25-100 mq/l) of compositions the bactericide effect on SRB were 100%. But, individually investigated components showed 100% bactericide effects at higher concentrations (250-2500 mq/l).
