Improvement of the gas engine compressors oddments preparing technology

Pressing of gaslift oil production, natural oil and gas used declarative secure of the work ability of the motor compressor important knot and hang from technology hectare in considerable degrees of the parts of working in the joints. Some parts (ring, percussion, cap, body, lid, shirt and etc.) of the compressors are bought by currency hectare from the machine building plant of the Russia mostly. That is why preparing technology, its development and application is of great practical importance. This abstract purpose is to develop effective preparing technologies of some gas engine compressor spare parts casts of model 10 GKM with rational usage of local resurces. Condition of exploiting parts enumerated this purpose and technological processes of the production scheme. It has been determined that compressor responsible parts are prepared forever sand in the last mostly, oddments, last for the securing expiation indicators and previously they should mould mixtures used must have high physical, mechanical and technological properties. It has been determined that ring accuracies and sand do not meet production requirements. It means that production technology used by centrifugal method of the oddments (debrises) has been developed and applied tank repair plant. Optimum technological parameters of the high physical mechanical properties process cast of the grey cast-iron and centrifugal for oddment have been determined. Sand-clay cylinder preparing existing technologies has been analysed for the strengthening technology completion of the compressor cylinder. It has been considered more effective to prepare the lid oddments from the high quality synthetical grey cast-iron in order to provide high physical-mechanical and exploitation properties. Taking into account the composition and important properties for the cast and lid were developed compositions with high physical-mechanical and technological properties. So, on the basis of advanced technology 10 GKM type gas engine compressor oddments preparing in the cast via centrifugal method in Baku ship repair plant were developed test oddments. They underwent quality control operation tests according to the technical terms. In the exploitation test was determined that the oddments (ring, cap and lid) served effectively in the required period.
