Phasic conversions investigation during natural gas transportation to onshore
N.N.HamidovIn production, collection and transportation of natural and associated gases phasic conversions appear as a result of thermobarycal conditions change and chemical composition of gas, that is why production capacity change is observed in the process of gas reception and delivery. In submarine pipelines while passing through territories with dissected offshore topography and sharp temperature change fluid (liquid) phase is released and two-phase flow is formed which causes pipelines capacity decrease and gas losses in technological system. Studying of transported gas phase state plays an important role in preventing different complications occurring in transportation. In the submitted work phase state of high pressure Guneshli and Chirag fields gas transportation to onshore through main underwater pipelines is investigated by means of modern computer software, phase conversion influence upon change of production capacity in the process of reception-delivery is revealed and the lost gas volume is determined.
