Specifics of the operation enterprise in these condition is concluded in need of the constant change, reorganization, re-structuring to correspond to the management changing condition. The re-structuring process of the enterprise touches, possible say that all activity aspects: marketing, finance, personnel (frames), and organizing structure, business-processes, production powers, information technologies and etc. One of the enterprise successful operating factors number of the production personnel. As a rule, the personnel reduction is an usual practice in realization of the enterprise reorganization. However it can be either efficient, or inefficient. Appear wholly natural, social problems, concluded in provision of employment liberated workmen, provision workman and, provision to branches by personnel (frames), regulation of the salary and etc. Reasonable that such actions were supported identical mechanism of social protection and creation new working places that negative was not reflected on social-economic position to branches.
